Cellindex is hybrid and early-stage, moving deliberately rather than fast. We do not optimise for growth metrics — we optimise for the quality of what we ship and the rigour of how we build it.
The team is small. That means your work has direct impact and no meaningful distance between a decision and its effect. It also means ambiguity is a normal working condition.
We take reproducibility seriously as a value, not just a product feature. That extends to how we work: documented decisions, honest post-mortems, and no hero culture.
